Many E-Class, GLE and GLS models run AIRMATIC air suspension instead of steel springs. The air struts and compressor are known wear points, and years of Dubai heat age the rubber bellows faster. A car that sagged overnight usually has a slow air leak, not a dead compressor, so we diagnose before replacing anything.

The four-cylinder turbo M274 family of the 2010s (C-Class, E-Class, GLC) is well known for timing chain wear and camshaft-adjuster noise as mileage climbs, and some V6 petrol engines of the same era weep oil from the adjuster magnet seals into the wiring harness. We check the exact engine code first, because the fix differs by generation.

Mercedes-Benz spreads electrical control across several SAM units rather than one central computer, so a fault in the front, rear or door SAM can show up as something unrelated-looking, like a window or light that misbehaves. A new headlight, module or battery often needs coding to the car before it works correctly, and we do that as part of the job.
Dubai's summer heat, often past 45°C, puts extra load on rubber hoses, seals and engine oil. That wear shows up as coolant seepage or an overheating engine. We diagnose at the source, then repair or replace what has actually failed.
Mercedes-Benz doesn't just specify a viscosity: it requires oil carrying its own MB-Approval number, printed on the oil filler cap, and the correct one varies by engine and emissions hardware. We confirm the exact spec your engine calls for before filling it.
